- Create and analyze statements and reports
- May handle dividends and disbursements
- Establish cost basis of securities
- Determine market value of assets and accruals when necessary
- Follow up on unsettled items with trust department, brokers, other banks, and transfer agents
- Responsible for delivery and transfer of securities
- Research asset data when incomplete data has been supplied
- Maintain documentation records
- Verifies all trades and transactions for accuracy
