As an Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing field resource deployment to meet customer and business objectives. You will work closely with customer service managers on escalations, develop long-range resource forecasts, and execute both short- and long-term staffing plans. This includes recruitment, skills assessments, and resource development through advanced training programs.
You will collaborate with senior leaders across the business, define needs, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes. You will operate within standardized project processes, implementing updated procedures and guidelines within your department. This role supports diverse clients across the region and works within predefined contracts and frameworks, with some flexibility to adapt based on business needs.
As a Lead Operations Specialist you will be responsible for
  • Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
  • Interface with customer service managers on issue escalation
  • Develop long-range forecasts for regional resource needs
  • Develop and execute short- and long-range resource plans based on forecasts and business commitments, including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development
  • Work with senior business leaders to define needs, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes
  • Implement standardized project processes and updated procedures within the department
  • Support diverse clients across the region, working within predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude for adjustments
