Your Role as a Recruiter
  • Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, reference checks, and final interviews.
  • Partner with colleges to recruit top students and recent graduates through events and campus outreach.
  • Source candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and matching them with the right roles.
Your Role as an Account Manager
Promotion opportunity to Account Manager after 9-12 months.
  • Develop and manage client relationships through networking, cold calling, sales presentations, and social media outreach.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients using job boards and industry tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their unique recruiting needs.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and ROCS Recruiters to fill job orders and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Achieve success by developing and executing daily activity plans, meeting quotas, and closing deals.
Compensation:
$45,000–$50,000 base + uncapped commission ($52,000 - $70,000 OTE). Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase, up to $20,000 annually as well as uncapped commission.
  • Year 2: $72,000-$89,000
  • Year 3: $100,000+
Account Managers and Recruiters can win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to tropical all-inclusive, quarterly bonuses, and continuous professional development. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, maternity, and paternity leave, Top-Notch 401k retirement with employer matching, and paid vacation and sick time.
