Job description

At Levitate, we’re on a mission to make a real impact - for our customers, our team, and the world around us. We believe the best work comes from people who are curious, driven, and excited to grow. Our five core values guide everything we do, and we look for teammates who embody the traits that make those values come to life:

  • Creating Magic You have the persistence and grit to turn ambitious ideas into remarkable outcomes.
  • Showing Customer Empathy You bring humble confidence, listening deeply, and putting customers first.
  • Making Data-Driven Decisions You pair creativity with insights to make smarter, faster choices.
  • Focusing on Solutions, Not Problems You approach challenges with positivity and critical thinking, always looking for the way forward.
  • Making Small Improvements Every Day You embrace coachability and lean into discomfort to grow, improve, and drive lasting change.

Here, you won’t just do a job, you’ll help create meaningful experiences, solve real problems, and shape the future of our company.

We’re looking for a revenue marketing operator to own Levitate’s outbound email program; the single largest contributor to marketing-sourced revenue. This is a hands-on role with a number attached. You plan the sends, you own the infrastructure that delivers them, you run the experiments that make them more efficient, and you report the results.

The program runs on AI. We use Claude and Claude Code to plan campaigns, evaluate copy, build internal tooling, and take the manual work out of operations. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need to be someone who reaches for automation by default and has actually built something with a large language model. That is the highest-leverage part of this seat and the hardest thing to teach.

The prospect pool is finite, so the work is more chess than volume. The right person is detail-obsessed about data, comfortable being measured on revenue, and gets satisfaction from making a channel more efficient quarter over quarter rather than simply sending more.

Responsibilities
  • Own the outbound email revenue program end to end, carrying a monthly and quarterly booked-revenue target and managing to it week over week.
  • Build the send plan bottom up. Allocate a finite prospect pool across the quarter by cohort and last-touch date, commit to a sustainable volume, and hold rest windows and suppression rules so lead quality stays consistent month to month.
  • Own deliverability and sending infrastructure: domains and renewals, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up, inbox placement, and the vendors who supply it. Catch infrastructure problems before they show up in the numbers.
  • Own the data behind targeting. Segmentation, exclusion logic, deduplication, and list hygiene in HubSpot, so the right person gets the right message at the right interval.
  • Run a disciplined experiment program. Test creative, offer, and incentive against efficiency (emails per booked demo) and downstream close rate, not opens.
  • Build with AI. Use Claude and Claude Code to automate the operational work of the program and to ship tooling other teams use, from prospect research to campaign evaluation loops.
  • Report accurately and on time. Weekly and monthly channel performance to marketing leadership, and own the accuracy of what you publish. Surface problems before you are asked about them.
  • Partner with sales, inbound qualification, and customer success. Take feedback from the closers, route what you learn back into targeting and copy, and adjust when the field tells you something is not working.
  • Other special projects as assigned.
Our commitment to our staff is showcased not only through our strong company culture, but also through our employee-centric benefits and programs including:
  • Daily catered lunches from locally-owned restaurants and diverse snack offerings
  • Employee-led groups (run club, disc golf club, and book club, just to name a few) that bring employees with similar hobbies and interests together to inspire and build relationships
  • Plentiful opportunities to volunteer with and contribute to local organizations that align with the passions of our staff
  • Flexible PTO to facilitate strong work-life balance
  • Paid parental leave that provides employees with support and flexibility as they grow their families
  • Extensive benefit options including healthy lifestyle reimbursement, 401(k) matching, HSA/FSA, dental, vision, and mental health coverage, and much more
  • Culture Crew and Emerging Leader programs to foster employee leadership development, inclusivity, and connection through year-round trainings and events
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with direct ownership of an outbound, lifecycle, or demand-generation email program that carried a revenue or pipeline target
  • Hands-on fluency with Claude or another large language model, with something you have actually built, an automation, an evaluation loop, an internal tool, not just chatbot usage
  • Proficient in HubSpot (or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform): lists, workflows, properties, and reporting
  • Genuine data fluency. You build your own analysis, sanity-check your own numbers, and can defend them without waiting on someone else to pull the data
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability: domain authentication, warm-up, sender reputation, and inbox placement, or the demonstrated appetite to learn it quickly
  • Strong experimentation instinct. You form a hypothesis, isolate one variable, and read the result honestly, including when it disproves you
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and raises operational issues early rather than letting them surface in a report
  • Ability to run several high-visibility projects at once without dropping the operational cadence
  • Demand generation experience is a plus
  • Certifications in email marketing or marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, are a plus
