  • Help improve operational efficiency and service standards

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and likes being the person others can count on.

Why You’ll Like It Here

At First Flight, operations is more than processing transactions. It’s about creating trust, accuracy, and reliability for our members and our teams.

You’ll join a collaborative, relationship-based environment where:

  • Your work has visible impact every day
  • You’ll learn multiple areas of credit union operations
  • Teamwork and cross-training are encouraged
  • You’ll build valuable financial operations experience
  • Growth and development are supported

Whether you’re building your financial services career or looking to expand your operational expertise, this role offers strong foundational experience with room to grow.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who is curious, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy solving problems and researching issues
  • Are highly organized and accurate in your work
  • Can manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Communicate well with teammates and internal partners
  • Are comfortable learning systems and technology
  • Like working independently while still being part of a team

Preferred Background

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
  • Experience in banking, credit unions, accounting, operations, or administrative support is helpful
  • Familiarity with Excel, databases, or financial systems is a plus

What Success Looks Like

Successful team members in this role:

  • Take ownership of their work
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Build strong operational knowledge over time
  • Become trusted resources for teammates and internal partners
  • Contribute to smooth, accurate member service behind the scenes
