Job Overview:

Pay Range: $32.00hr - $35.20hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Flexibility to cover other shifts during staffing shortages.
  • Candidate must reside in the greater Raleigh-Durham (RDU) area.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation every eight weeks.
  • Strong multitasking, typing, and system navigation skills.
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and fulfill medical equipment spare part, tool, and radioactive source orders.
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and order requests.
  • Track and expedite orders as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve semi-complex issues.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to reconcile spare parts shipments.
  • Place and manage urgent spare part orders in SAP for medical equipment repairs.
  • Support approximately 2,000 field engineers via phone or submitted requests.
  • Track shipments and troubleshoot order issues.
  • Investigate delays, backorders, and fulfillment problems across multiple warehouse systems.
  • Perform inventory and basic accounting tasks to ensure parts are assigned correctly.
  • Handle a mix of phone calls and emails in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously including SAP, tracking tools, and warehouse systems.
