Job description

At Breeze, we're building the AI-powered infrastructure layer for global commerce, making it radically simpler for businesses to sell, get paid, and operate across markets.

We go far beyond traditional payment processing. Breeze combines global payments, AI, stablecoins, and a Merchant of Record-like model to take on the complexity businesses typically manage themselves, including compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support.

Our goal is simple: let businesses focus on building and selling great products while Breeze handles the complexity behind getting paid.

Backed by Sequoia Capital, Multicoin Capital, and The Chainsmokers, Breeze is a successful, rapidly growing, and exceptionally well-capitalized company. We have the runway to think long term while remaining early enough that every person joining today can have a meaningful impact on what we build.

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist!

As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll build the operational engine behind our go-to-market organization, with AI at the center of how we work. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll own the systems, automation, and processes that make our sales team faster, more effective, and more data-driven.

No two days will look exactly the same. One day you might be building an AI agent to automate a sales workflow, and the next you might be improving CRM data, onboarding a new sales hire, or solving an operational bottleneck for the CEO. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, wants meaningful ownership, and is excited to build rather than simply maintain.

What You'll Do
  • Own CRM operations in Attio end to end, keeping data accurate, consistent, enriched, and structured to support the sales team without unnecessary manual upkeep.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that streamline sales processes and improve handoffs between Sales and teams across Breeze.
  • Build AI agents, bots, Claude skills, and other automations that eliminate manual work and improve how our go-to-market organization operates.
  • Use tools such as Clay and other AI-powered platforms for CRM enrichment, prospecting, lead generation, and workflow automation.
  • Identify gaps across our GTM technology stack and build creative solutions that connect systems, automate processes, and improve how information moves across the organization.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards covering pipeline, sales performance, conversion, activity, and forecasting.
  • Process, calculate, and validate sales compensation, ensuring commissions and incentive payments are accurate and on time.
  • Support sales enablement and ramping, including onboarding new sales hires and reinforcing tools, processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Roll out new tools and processes across the sales organization, driving adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales, CEO, and sales team to provide accurate data, reporting, and operational support.
  • Act as an operational partner to the sales organization, identifying bottlenecks and unblocking day-to-day GTM execution.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to automate repetitive work, improve processes, and make the sales organization more efficient.
  • Solve a wide range of ad hoc operational problems as they arise, bringing a creative and resourceful approach to problems without an obvious solution.
What We're Looking For
  • 1 โ€“ 4+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales, or a similarly analytical and operational role. We care more about competence, curiosity, and a builder mentality than a specific career path.
  • Deep comfort with CRM platforms, and an understanding of how strong data hygiene, enrichment, and process design support an effective sales organization.
  • A track record of experimenting with AI tools to solve real problems, automate work, or improve processes.
  • Strong critical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous, non-repeating problems without a fixed playbook.
  • Comfortable getting hands-on with systems, data, workflows, and automation rather than simply managing existing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large amounts of CRM and sales data.
  • Comfortable building reports and dashboards and translating sales data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A confident communicator who can partner effectively across Sales, Legal, Operations, and leadership, from individual sales reps to executives.
  • Comfortable handling sales compensation and other sensitive business information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments without an established playbook.
  • A builder mentality with a strong bias toward action, and a preference for taking ownership over waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Excited to use AI and automation to work smarter and rethink existing processes.
  • Comfortable getting into the details and doing the work, regardless of seniority.
Nice to Have
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, AI, or crypto and stablecoins.
  • Hands-on experience with Attio, Clay, Claude, AI agents, or automation platforms.
  • Experience building or scaling a revenue operations function from an early stage.
Why Breeze
  • More than payments: We're building an intelligent infrastructure layer across payments, compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support.
  • AI from the ground up: AI isn't an add-on. It's central to how we're building our products and how our teams operate.
  • Successful and still early: We have meaningful traction and strong financial foundations while remaining early enough for new hires to have outsized impact.
  • Built for the long term: Backed by Sequoia Capital, Multicoin Capital, and The Chainsmokers, we're exceptionally well-capitalized with the runway to think big.
  • Real ownership: Lean teams, few layers, direct access to decision-makers, and the autonomy to make things happen.
  • Hard problems: Work at the intersection of AI, payments, stablecoins, risk, compliance, financial infrastructure, and global commerce.
  • Exceptional team: Work with ambitious, curious, low-ego people who move quickly and care deeply about what we build.
  • Room to grow: As Breeze grows, strong performers can quickly expand their scope and take on bigger problems.
How We Work
  • Act Now, Improve Later: Ship something real today. Move fast, learn from what happens, and make it better.
  • Disagree and Commit: Debate hard before a decision. Once it's made, commit fully and make the outcome right.
  • Customers First: When in doubt, start with what's most painful for the customer.
  • Own It, End to End: Don't wait to be asked. If you see a problem, take responsibility for solving it.
  • Default to Public: Share context openly so the whole team can move faster and learn from each other.
  • High Standards, Genuine Warmth: Hold the bar high and treat people well. Be direct, rigorous, kind, and low ego.
  • Outcomes Over Activity: We care about what ships, what works, and what moves the needle, not how busy you look.
  • AI Forward, Always Learning: Experiment with new tools, automate the repetitive, share what works, and continuously rethink how you can work smarter.
Compensation Philosophy

We believe compensation should be fair, competitive, and transparent.

  • We benchmark compensation against the market and establish thoughtful bands for each role.
  • Compensation reflects experience, skills, location, role scope, and expected impact.
  • We don't believe pay should primarily depend on how aggressively someone negotiates.
  • Eligible employees receive meaningful equity, so the people building Breeze can participate in the long-term value they help create.
Benefits & Perks
  • Health coverage: Breeze covers 100% of employee premiums on our competitive base plan and 75% of dependent premiums.
  • PTO: 21 days, plus applicable company holidays.
  • 401(k): Breeze covers all plan administration fees.
  • Equity: Meaningful ownership in the company you're helping build.
  • Equipment: A new MacBook Air and whatever else you need to do your best work.
  • Office & education allowance: An annual budget for your workspace, tools, and professional development.
  • Wellness: A monthly reimbursement to support your well-being.
  • Annual global offsite: We bring the global Breeze team together every year. Previous destinations include Bali and Singapore, with Japan coming next.
Location / Working Model

This role is hybrid and based in New York City.

We believe there is real value in building together in person. This role is expected to work from our NYC office at least 3 days per week.

Come Build With Us

Breeze offers a rare combination: the ownership and speed of an early-stage company with the traction, backing, and financial foundations of a successful business.

We're building at the convergence of AI, payments, stablecoins, financial infrastructure, and global commerce. The opportunity is much bigger than building another payment processor.

We're building the intelligent infrastructure layer for global commerce, and there's still an enormous amount left to build.

If you want meaningful ownership, hard problems, exceptional teammates, and the opportunity to help define what comes next, we'd love to hear from you.
