Job description

Revenue Operations Analyst
AccuWeather is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its Marketing team to own and optimize the data and systems layer that powers our go-to-market execution. This role will be responsible for managing our CRM ecosystem (HubSpot, Dynamics), supporting data workflows across sales and marketing, and helping operationalize targeting, enrichment, and external signal-based prioritization. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partnerships, ensuring that our revenue systems are accurate, scalable, and aligned to how we go to market.
This role focuses on execution and optimization of revenue systems and data. It works closely with GTM leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure systems support how we go to market.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
CRM & Data Infrastructure
  • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot and support CRM ecosystem (including Dynamics as needed)
  • Manage workflows, properties, pipelines, and data structure
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across all revenue systems
  • Maintain and optimize lead, account, and contact data models

Lead Flow & Lifecycle Execution
  • Execute and maintain lead routing, tagging, and lifecycle progression across marketing and sales
  • Support implementation of standardized cadences and processes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot breakdowns in lead flow and pipeline movement

Targeting, Enrichment & Signals
  • Support building and maintaining target accounts and contact lists
  • Execute enrichment workflows using tools such as Clay and other data providers
  • Help integrate and operationalize external signals (intent data, behavioral triggers, firmographic updates)
  • Tag, segment, and prepare data for activation within CRM and outbound workflows

Reporting & Insights Support
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, conversion, campaign attribution, and performance tracking
  • Ensure consistency in reporting definitions and metrics
  • Support business reviews with accurate and timely data

Systems Integration & Workflow Execution
  • Support integration between HubSpot and external tools (e.g., enrichment platforms, partner tools, vendor systems)
  • Work with external vendors and agency partners as needed to support data and system execution
  • Configure workflows that connect data inputs to sales and marketing execution
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual effort

  • Consistent, scalable lead flow and lifecycle management

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field
  • Experience working in HubSpot or similar CRM environments (Dynamics experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools, data providers, and signal-based workflows (Clay is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
