About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Strategic Operations Manager to partner closely with the Director, Revenue Strategy. In this role, you will support and drive operational initiatives across the organization, helping to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure key strategic priorities move forward. This is a high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and wants to build a career at the intersection of strategy and operations.

What You\'ll Do
  • Partner with the Director, Revenue Strategy to identify, scope, and execute operational opportunities across the business
  • Own the planning, coordination, and facilitation of bi-weekly asset strategy calls, including agenda preparation, stakeholder alignment, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
  • Track key initiatives, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability across teams
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and revenue-related projects
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to operational workflows
  • Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned by the Director, Revenue Strategy
  • Travel as needed for team meetings, site visits, and company events
What You\'ll Bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Entrata
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting revenue, asset management, or commercial strategy functions
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
  • Experience preparing executive-level materials and running recurring stakeholder meetings
Location & Travel Requirements

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must live within close proximity to a major airport to accommodate periodic travel for team meetings, strategy sessions, and company events.
