  • Analyze CRM, pipeline, activity, pricing, renewal, and operational information to identify risks, opportunities, data gaps, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate assigned quote-to-cash and customer-lifecycle activities across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and technical teams.
  • Evaluate non-routine workflow or customer issues, determine appropriate next steps within established authority, and escalate material risks with a recommendation.
  • Identify sales-process, CRM, reporting, or customer-workflow improvements and recommend or implement solutions that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM, pipeline, account, activity, and revenue information and contribute to recurring reporting and business analysis.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting through calls, email, social outreach, referrals, events, campaigns, and account research.
  • Research and qualify prospective customers by evaluating business needs, decision-makers, timing, potential fit, and appropriate next steps.
  • Participate in introductory meetings, discovery calls, customer conversations, account reviews, presentations, events, and trade shows.
  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions, document customer needs, and recommend appropriate follow-up or internal resources.
  • Manage follow-up strategy for assigned prospects and smaller opportunities and adjust outreach based on engagement, business context, and pipeline priorities.
  • Progressively assume responsibility for smaller opportunities and selected Connecticut customer relationships as demonstrated capability and delegated authority increase.
  • Develop working expertise in Acture's managed services, cybersecurity, professional services, pricing, proposals, contract structures, and recurring-revenue business model.
  • Represent Acture professionally and exercise sound judgment in customer communication, issue resolution, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Travel up to approximately 10% for customer visits, networking events, trade shows, company meetings, training, and professional development.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, account coordination, customer success, inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing business role.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work, evaluate business information, resolve non-routine issues, and recommend appropriate next steps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret pipeline, customer, pricing, renewal, and operational information.
  • Strong business judgment, accountability, and comfort working within established policies and approval parameters with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Confidence communicating with prospective and existing customers and comfort with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong relationship-building, listening, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent with strong pipeline and data-discipline practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in technology, managed services, SaaS, or another recurring-revenue B2B environment.
  • Experience analyzing or owning pipeline, renewals, quote-to-cash, pricing, proposals, contracts, procurement, or customer onboarding processes.
