Job description

Hatz AI Revenue Operations Manager

Reports to: CFO

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to build and lead the revenue operations function at Hatz AI. As a fast-growing AI SaaS company headquartered in New York Cityโ€™s Flatiron District, we are at an exciting stage, scaling our partner network, expanding our customer base, and preparing for the next chapter of our growth. This is a foundational hire that will help shape the revenue infrastructure of the company.

In this role, you will build and manage the systems, processes, and reporting that drive our revenue engine end to end, from sales territory planning and quota management through billing and MRR/ARR reporting. Youโ€™ll work closely with our leadership team across sales, marketing, finance, and engineering to provide accurate, timely revenue reporting that supports strategic decision-making. Youโ€™ll also play a critical role in building the processes and controls needed to support the company as it scales, serving as the internal expert on sales funnel performance, recurring revenue metrics, and the lead to cash process.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the ground level, with real impact on how the company operates and grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales territory planning and segmentation across direct and MSP partner channels, including quota setting, attainment tracking, and sales compensation administration.
  • Design, administer, and track quota attainment and sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance and sales leadership.
  • Support pipeline coverage analysis, capacity planning, and quota distribution aligned to forecast and territory plans.
  • Establish and maintain reporting for MRR, ARR, net revenue retention, churn, expansion, and bookings, delivering the recurring reporting leadership uses to run the business.
  • Maintain accurate customer, subscription, and pricing records so ARR, MRR, and churn reporting tie out to source systems.
  • Build and manage end to end sales funnel reporting, from lead capture through stage conversion, win/loss, and cohort retention, with visibility into pipeline coverage and rep capacity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel performance, conversion trends, and revenue operations visibility.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes in partnership with sales leadership and finance.
  • Support billing operations and revenue capture, including Stripe invoicing and subscription setup, closed won to billing handoff, and ARR/MRR reconciliation at month end close, working alongside finance on dunning and failed payment follow up.
  • Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce administration, including configuration, workflows, reporting, user support, and system maintenance.
  • Standardize sales stages, opportunity requirements, and CRM workflows to improve consistency and visibility.
  • Support lead routing, attribution tracking, and opportunity management.
  • Maintain data hygiene across CRM and billing records, including deduplication, enrichment, and ongoing quality controls.
  • Design and document the lead to cash process, removing friction and supporting forecasting and planning.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to improve workflows, handoffs, and operational visibility, and drive enablement and adoption across the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related ops role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with sales territory planning, quota management, and sales compensation.
  • Hands on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience with billing systems, ideally Stripe, and comfort working alongside finance on the billing to revenue connection.
  • Strong command of MRR, ARR, NRR, churn, and bookings metrics and how to report them.
  • Comfort building from the ground up in a small company, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; 401(k) with match
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
  • A collaborative, inclusive work environment
