Risk Operations Analyst
Position: Wednesday - Saturday 11:00am -9:00pm
Pay Rate: $28.00p/h
Role responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Risk Operations Analyst is to monitor world events and provide overwatch of our Clients’ extensive global operations, to anticipate and mitigate potential risks. This multi-functional role will monitor events and incidents, issue, and escalate notifications, and dispatch the necessary resources to resolve active events. The Risk Operations Analyst will use internal and external intelligence sources to support active operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in security studies, international relations, or related field; or 2+ years equivalent military/professional intelligence training.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to utilize multiple intelligence, incident management, video management and dispatch systems.
- Excellent time management, project management, oral communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills required.
- Can effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management.
- Must be flexible and possess the ability to function independently in stressful situations and multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
- Knowledge of security procedures, life safety, and business continuity.
- Maintain situational awareness and collecting and analyzing information to ensure the safety and security of our client’s assets and operations.
- Issue timely alerts to stay ahead of emerging threats impacting clients.
- Coordinate and dispatch risk operations resources to meet clients’ needs.
- Provide threat monitoring support around client travel, events and operations, escalating incidents as appropriate.
