Description

Overview of Role: 

The Risk Management Analyst (Associate) identifies, analyzes, and mitigates programmatic and technical risks across network design and modernization projects for Department of Defense installations. Key responsibilities include maintaining the program risk register, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, conducting schedule risk analysis, and coordinating with cybersecurity and engineering teams on authorization-related risks. The analyst also provides risk reporting to program leadership and participates in technical reviews and design gate activities to proactively identify and address emerging risks. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates programmatic and technical risks across network design and modernization efforts for DoD installations. Maintains the program risk register; develops risk mitigation and contingency plans; conducts schedule risk analysis for cost-plus performance areas; coordinates with cybersecurity and engineering teams on ATO-related risks; provides risk reporting to program leadership; and participates in technical reviews and design gate activities to proactively identify and address emerging risks. "Risk Manager

Educational and Certification Requirement:  

Associate: 2 years' experience and a B.A./B.S. degree. 

RMF experience; familiarity with DoD risk management frameworks; CISSP or Security+ CE preferred 

Must have Active Secret Clearance
