Job Description:
What is the opportunity?
As a Product Operations Analyst supports product operations by executing and coordinating key initiatives that enable consistent pricing processes, reporting, and launches across the business. This role focuses on hands-on execution, documentation, tracking, and cross-functional coordination under the guidance of senior analysts and managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Product Operations & Process Support
  • Support fulfillment and product launch process standardization across internal and third-party models.
  • Assist with documentation of pricing, fulfillment, and beta program processes.
  • Help maintain team case management, intake queues, and escalation tracking.
  • Project & Initiative Execution
  • Support tracking of product operations-related projects including timelines, action items, and risks.
  • Assist senior analysts in maintaining project trackers for product and pricing operations initiatives.
  • Follow up on dependencies and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Create and maintain recurring pricing reports and dashboards.
  • Validate data accuracy and flag inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from product and pricing leadership.
  • Documentation & Enablement
  • Contribute to SOPs, product guides, and pricing documentation updates.
  • Help prepare stakeholder communications, newsletters, and release summaries.
  • Ensure documentation is accurately updated and published on time.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work with Pricing, IT, Product, Fulfillment, and Analytics partners to gather updates and requirements.
  • Escalate risks or blockers to senior team members as needed.

What will you bring to Omnissa?
  • 2-4 years of experience in pricing, analytics, business operations, or program support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with data and documentation.
  • Experience with pricing, fulfillment, or product launch support.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or SFDC.

Location Type: HYBRID
Travel Expectations: Travel might be required for Team meetings, once or Twice a year
Education: MBA preferred
