Job description

Onyx is a fast-growing, venture-backed social sports prediction platform. As user activity has scaled quickly, we're expanding the team to support product execution and day-to-day operations.
Founded by Harvard graduates with a background at Jane Street, Onyx is headquartered in downtown Manhattan. This role is in-office.
The Role
We're hiring a Product Operations Analyst to help keep the product running smoothly and support feature launches as the business grows.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Trading. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, metrics, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
  • Support day-to-day product operations and platform performance
  • Coordinate feature launches, QA, and releases
  • Monitor metrics and flag issues or trends
  • Investigate and resolve platform or market issues with Product and Trading
  • Analyze user and operational data to drive improvements
  • Manage site merchandising and in-product content placement
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in product ops, operations, analytics, or a similar role
  • Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in sports, sports predictions, and fast-growing startups
  • Willing to work in-office with some schedule flexibility
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation: 80k - 120k
