Summary/Objective
The Director of Product Operations & Analytics is the architect of how the product strategy and business impact are intertwined. Driving operational excellence, this leader establishes the systems, insights, and monetization discipline that power durable growth across the product portfolio.
Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Finance, and Product Marketing, this role ensures that every roadmap decision, product launch, and pricing evolution is grounded in data and tied to revenue outcomes. The Director builds a unified operating and analytics framework that connects product usage, customer value, and commercial performance into a single source of truth.
Beyond execution, this leader shapes how the organization thinks about product success - elevating the maturity of measurement, enabling evidence-based prioritization, and embedding pricing and packaging strategy into the core product lifecycle. By leading Product Operations directly and developing both the Product Analytics and Pricing Strategy functions, this Director creates the infrastructure for scalable, data-driven decision-making and monetization excellence.
This role is instrumental in ensuring that Product is not just a delivery function but a measurable growth engine for the business.
Essential Functions
  • Pricing Governance & Product Monetization
    Oversee pricing governance across all product lines, with accountability to the Pricing Committee. Ensure strategic pricing & packaging approaches for AI, FinTech & SaaS monetization are implemented and refined using scenario modeling and performance analytics. Manage the Pricing & Strategy lead, ensuring end-to-end commercial execution from SKU creating through CRM configuration, billing system implementation and usage metering. Partner with Business Systems & Finance to guarantee accurate pricing deployment, clean data flows, and operational integrity across systems.

  • Product KPI Framework & Executive Reporting
    Own the product KPI framework that powers data-driven business decisions. Oversee the creation and maintenance of data governance standards, reporting cadences, and dashboards spanning strategic initiatives, quarterly roadmap planning, product health, feature adoption, monetization performance, retention, and expansion tied to business outcomes.

  • Product Operating Model & AI-Enabled EfficienciesServe as the operational lead on critical projects related to product-based transformation of the business. Drive the evolution of the product operating model, ensuring disciplined planning and managing technology systems (e.g. Craft.io, Jira, Confluence) integrations. Champion AI-enabled efficiencies within the Product organization, improving requirements consistency and quality, accelerating workflows and scaling output.

  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional AlignmentLead, mentor, and develop the Director, Pricing & Strategy and Senior Data Analyst, including project prioritization, resource allocation, talent development and hiring.   • Required: 8+ years leading and management the Product Operations & Analytics function for a Mid-Market to Enterprise B2B FinTech and/or SaaS company
