About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. This role serves as a strategic partner to operational leadership, leveraging data and analytics to drive business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support key decision-making initiatives across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary analytical resource and trusted advisor for multiple operational leadership teams.
  • Analyze and interpret financial, operational, and performance data across multiple business locations.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers to help improve business results.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and predictive insights.
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions that improve efficiency and support informed decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Assist in developing best practices and scalable processes across a multi-location environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into business recommendations.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Planful, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting multi-location organizations, including healthcare, veterinary, retail, franchise, or other distributed operations environments.
  • Experience working closely with operational leadership teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial performance metrics, forecasting, and operational reporting.
