  • Partner with Operations leadership and SMEs to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize technology investments.
  • Lead the inventory, assessment, rationalization, consolidation, and modernization of Operations reporting, dashboards, and supporting Power Platform solutions.

  • Define business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and success measures for analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for Operations analytics, reporting, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, ERP, and vendor teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance, and reporting standards.

  • Analyze business data and processes to identify trends, performance improvement opportunities, and operational risks.
  • Document business processes, reporting requirements, solution designs, and operating procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for Operations analytics solutions and related data workflows.

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence working with ERP data.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting operations functions.
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing analytics, reporting, process improvement, or ERP-related initiatives.
  • Experience working through system migrations, ERP implementations, or large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Fluency with Power BI or Tableau.

  • Ability to influence decisions and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience working with ERP reporting, operational data models, and manufacturing analytics.
