Job description

About Us

Weโ€™re a fast-growing marine services company supporting large yachts along the East Coast, with core operations in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Weโ€™re building a disciplined operating system designed to support technicians in the field and help service teams perform at a high level.

The Role

This role exists to support that work. You help service leadership by converting technician data and operational decisions into clear reporting, dashboards, and repeatable systems the field can actually use.

You work closely with the Owner, Controller, and service leadership to make performance visible, ensure meetings lead to action, and turn ideas into finished operational assets.

What Youโ€™ll Own

  • Pull and maintain weekly operational KPIs and scorecards

  • Build and maintain Google Sheets dashboards and reporting tools

  • Prepare reporting and materials for weekly ops meetings and monthly reviews

  • Capture decisions, owners, and due dates in meetings and drive follow-through in Asana

  • Support analytics and data warehouse efforts by helping define reports, QA numbers, and flag inconsistencies

  • Turn processes, ladders, scorecards, and SOPs into clear, version-controlled documentation

  • Partner with ops leadership to turn recurring issues into checklists, templates, and workflows

  • Support recruiting coordination and onboarding checklists for operations and service roles

  • Assist with cost, CAC, and unit-economics dashboards in partnership with the Controller and Revenue EA

What Makes You a Fit

  • 2+ years as an EA, Operations Coordinator, Analyst, or similar role in an operating business

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (lookups, pivots, charts)

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana

  • Able to sit in messy operational discussions and leave with clear actions and reporting updates

  • You like numbers, structure, and closed loops more than titles or authority

  • Exposure to field service or ERP systems is a plus (Simpro ideal, not required)

Location

Hybrid, South Floridaโ€“based.
Some local travel between Fort Lauderdale &ย West Palm Beach; occasional travel to Treasure Coast and regional events.
