The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting & analytical capabilities to support the North America Service organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales, pipeline, forecasting, bookings, productivity, and KPI reporting to support field sales performance.
  • Deliver business analytics and insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and operational performance.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and management reporting packages for leadership.
  • Support business reviews, annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Drive pipeline governance, opportunity management, data quality improvements, and sales process effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead market analytics, territory planning, and sales force effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support Salesforce, CPQ, and sales technology enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption. This role will be the business owner for the Controls CPQ platform.
  • Develop documentation, training, and change management materials to support scalable sales operations.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to improve seller productivity and business performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED with 5+ Years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or commercial support function OR 3+ Years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a commercial support function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred concentration in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills or Advanced PowerBI skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
