The role serves as the primary liaison among Sales, Credit, and Regulatory teams, ensuring seamless communication and rapid issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional groups to prioritize onboarding requests in accordance with business objectives and customer needs. The incumbent leads Pipeline Review meetings to provide transparency on onboarding progress, identify risks, and manage escalations, and fosters a culture of continuous learning by coaching team members and delivering constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Credit, Regulatory, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee onboarding process for new clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Lead Pipeline Review meetings and provide onboarding transparency.
  • Establish and enforce client management policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate globally with KYC, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Relationship Managers, and Regulatory stakeholders.
  • Collect, review, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure internal and external system setup is completed.
  • Identify and mitigate process-related risks and facilitate escalations when necessary.

  • 3-5 years of Client Management, Operations, Credit, Due Diligence, and/or Legal Negotiations experience.
  • Understanding of legal agreements including ISDA/CSA, GMRA, MSFTA, Side Letters, NDA's, ETSA, and Options Agreements.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle and client lifecycle within a large financial institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Functional expertise in Risk, Legal, Due Diligence, Client Management, and/or Operations.
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations and operations.
