Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Analyst opportunities in Jacksonville, FL or Pennington, NJ. Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Process inbound 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Review, correct, and validate incoming payroll files to resolve plan rejects and maintain data integrity
• Partner with Plan Sponsors, Customer Service Managers, and internal teams to support payroll processing and participant-level updates
• Monitor assigned plans, complete audits, and follow established procedures for money movement and benefits administration

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders

Pay Details: $22.12 to $23.44 per hour
