Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

โ€ข Process inbound 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
โ€ข Review, correct, and validate incoming payroll files to resolve plan rejects and maintain data integrity
โ€ข Partner with Plan Sponsors, Customer Service Managers, and internal teams to support payroll processing and participant-level updates
โ€ข Monitor assigned plans, complete audits, and follow established procedures for money movement and benefits administration

Pay Details: $22.12 to $23.44 per hour
