Job description

The Operations Analyst supports the AMPS PriceDynamix Operations team by ensuring accurate system configurations, serving as a primary operations contact for clients, and managing ongoing operational performance. This role partners closely with internal teams and high-profile clients to ensure client satisfaction through timely, professional communication, proactive monitoring of operational dashboards, and deep knowledge of operations processes. The Operations Analyst also leads internal initiatives designed to improve quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
Requirements
Essential Job Duties:
โ€ข Identify client needs, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
โ€ข Act as a primary operations contact for clients by providing clear, concise, and timely communication.
โ€ข Create and deliver client-facing presentations that are clear, concise, and visually compelling.
โ€ข Monitor claims dashboards and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
โ€ข Support quality, accuracy, and turnaround time standards across operations workflows.
โ€ข Initiate and manage internal projects that support the company's goals.
โ€ข Monitor, prioritize, and appropriately escalate operations-related tickets.
โ€ข Design and document workflows to illustrate end-to-end operational and system processes.
โ€ข Analyze provider contracts and perform quality checks related to system setup and configuration.
โ€ข Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, especially regarding presentation and influence for internal and external audiences.
โ€ข Collaborate effectively with operations teammates and cross-functional partners to support company culture and objectives.
โ€ข Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all internal and external interactions.
โ€ข Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Skills/Abilities:

Education/Experience:

โ€ข Experience communicating directly with clients in an operational or support role.
โ€ข Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, and medical billing preferred.
โ€ข Experience working with claim processing, payors, TPAs, or self-insured groups a plus.
โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet analysis.
