We are seeking a curious, analytical, and results-driven Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a pivotal team member in identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and driving innovation. Additional Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Preparation: Analyze large volumes of customer behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. Aggregate, transform, and ensure the cleanliness and structure of datasets for analysis.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track and monitor activity within different sectors of Care and Operations. Design dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends, enabling quick and informed decision-making by stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and highlight key variances or performance shifts.
  • Operational Efficiency: Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes. Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaboration: Act as an internal consultant, working cross-functionally with Care, IT, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to leverage data, informing and shaping business strategy. Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored insights and solutions. Go beyond delivering data and reporting by engaging with teams to identify opportunities, address pain points, and drive impactful, data-informed decisions.

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, or a related field, with ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI.
  • Proven experience in data storytelling and communicating complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically about the implications of data insights.
  • A proactive mindset and relentless curiosity to explore and solve open-ended business problems.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Power Automate and Selenium.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Industry knowledge in energy, utilities, or a competitive service-based market.
