Operations Analyst

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Operations Analyst provides analytical skills to ensure our brands have the right product, in the right place, at the right time. This role involves making daily decisions that maximize profitability and has a large impact on sales, margin, and inventory.


50%: Buying/Forecasting
 Create and maintain buys for all business units, including any negotiations with factories on delays, shortages, or overages
 Execute necessary revisions to buys, driven by changes in customer demand and/or changes in global supply chain operation
 Monitor vendor performance and execute any logistic changes needed to meet expected deliverables
 Manage the physical flow of inventory to support both customer demand and warehouse capacities
 Publish monthly costing and capacity supply forecasts to factories, sourcing, and production teams

30%: Order management
 Proactively monitors and analyzes customer purchase orders and all related aspects.
 Determine the business impact of any delivery issues, prioritize, and communicate any issues related to product flow as they arise
 Communicate with transportation/warehouse teams to execute shipments to customers on time.
 Compile all necessary documentation for customer item setups and customs compliance for import into final country destinations
 Meet with external customer teams to provide information and support as needed for clear communication and positive results

20%: WIP inventory management/Reporting/Project Management
 Manage weekly Clubs inbound inventory/WIP
 Analyze on-hand inventory files and communicate with sales team and internal partners
 Collaborate with transportation, DC, and Sales daily to maximize revenue goals
 Provide weekly reporting to cross-functional teams on operational performance of the brand
 Work independently on projects for high-priority programs
 Proactively uncover opportunities to improve processes and create efficient tools

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
