About the Role:

The Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for architecting and maintaining a high-performance revenue engine. This role moves beyond traditional administration into the world of programmatic data enrichment and automated sales engagement. You will own the critical data flow between Clay, Salesforce, and Outreach, ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams are equipped with high-fidelity data and streamlined workflows to drive predictable growth.

What You'll Do:

Data Orchestration & Enrichment

  • Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows to automate inbound lead enrichment and outbound prospecting.
  • Configure AI-driven research agents (Claygent) to scrape websites and LinkedIn for specific buying signals, technographic data, and intent triggers.
  • Manage API integrations between Clay and external data providers to maintain a minimum of 90% data coverage and accuracy.
Sales Engagement Operations
  • Manage the Outreach-Salesforce synchronization, ensuring seamless mapping of prospects, accounts, and activities while maintaining database hygiene.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to build, A/B test, and optimize automated sequences and templates.
  • Enforce "Sequence Governance" to prevent lead fatigue and provide detailed reporting on reply rates, meeting-set metrics, and sequence ROI.
  • Optimize the Salesforce UI/UX to ensure a frictionless workflow for Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
Advanced Salesforce Administration
  • Architecture: Manage custom objects, complex validation rules, and page layouts tailored for marketing attribution and sales efficiency.

  • Security: Manage user profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security while enabling team accessibility.
Funnel Management & Governance
  • Develop and oversee Lead-to-Account mapping processes to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Maintain the "Source of Truth" for marketing attribution, ensuring all enriched leads and sequences are accurately tagged.
  • Implement and enforce Lead SOPs, including reassignment logic and lifecycle management.
  • Translate the vision of Sales and Marketing leadership into functional, scalable technical workflows.

What We Look For:

  • CRM Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Marketing Operations with deep technical knowledge of Salesforce (Flows, custom objects, and reporting).
  • Data Orchestration: Power-user proficiency in Clay, including building AI-driven workflows, writing formulas, and managing complex API/JSON integrations.
  • Sales Engagement: Proven track record managing Outreach.io at scale, focusing on sequence governance, Salesforce sync logic, and performance analytics.
  • Process Automation: Expert ability to design and implement automated lead routing, lifecycle transitions, and Lead-to-Account mapping.
  • Strategic Operations: Strong analytical skills to translate GTM leadership vision into scalable technical architecture and actionable reporting.
