General Summary

The purpose of this position is to support regional parts and service operations regarding the attainment of corporate objectives in service, parts, and customer loyalty.  The Regional Fixed Operations Analyst will help to enhance KUS’s parts sales and retailer customers’ buying experience through implementation and use of KUS’s fixed operations marketing and customer loyalty programs within the retail network. The Regional Fixed Operations Analyst will also assume the role of DPSM and/or RPSM in their absence. This position will also support regional efforts to assure KUS’s service and parts policies, warranty procedures, and dealership fixed operations philosophies are understood and implemented within the regional dealer network.  

This role offers hands-on training and exposure to all areas of our Regional operations, with a path for career growth. It is designed as a management trainee position, with the long-term goal of developing future District Managers, which will require field travel and relocation.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1st Priority - 30%

Create, manage, implement, and execute any reports, ad hoc requests and analyses for dealer, DPSM, RPSM and/or regional/corporate use. Special emphasis on CSI, retention, warranty and parts sales reports

2nd Priority - 30%

Manages and directs all CSI, retention, parts, warranty, training,  and consumer affairs activities in absence of RPSM or DPSM

3rd Priority - 20%

Manage regional dealer training enrollments and assist Kia University to implement training schedules in accordance to regional needs and objectives

4th Priority - 10%

Support the Region’s overall objectives and assignments as required by the Regional Parts and Service Manager

5th Priority - 10%

Create, develop and track the region’s Kia Dealer Business Plans.  Provide 1:1 assistance with DPSMs on developing dealer action plans

Qualifications/Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Job Requirement

Overall Related Experience: 

  • 0-3 years’ work or internship experience preferred

Directly Related Experience: 

  • Wholesale and retail (at dealership level) experience a plus 

Position Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally 
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to relocate to a new location if requested by company
     
Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Demonstrated evidence of retailer operations and business, either formal education or automotive related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve retailer and customer issues, consistent with KUS policies/procedures.
  • Solid working knowledge of personal computers with a high level of experience with window-based and MS Office environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Pay Range

$63,669.83 - $82,795.83 

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
