The Business Operations Analyst supports Value Partnerships and the Sales organization by providing data integral to the team. Acting as a liaison between business lines to ensure the appropriate operational tasks are executed accurately and timely. This role partners with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, produce actionable data, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Perform day-to-day CRM system tasks
  • Support data analysis, data input, and ongoing data management to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Create and perform analysis supporting the strategic goals of the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple business lines and stakeholder teams to coordinate deliverables and complete operational tasks
  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports/dashboards to track performance, pipeline/booking status, and operational metrics
  • Manage contract records, amendments, and related documentation to support compliance and renewals
  • Promote and assist with internal and external customer support by responding to inquiries, coordinating next steps, and ensuring follow-through
  • Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
  • Work overtime during critical timeframes as needed to meet business deadlines

Qualifications

  • Associate degree (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of related experience
  • Possess strong analytic skills and experience interpreting large data sets
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Proven experience supporting a sales team; experience working with a remote workforce is strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working alongside executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to drive tasks to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High learning agility with a strong willingness to learn and upskill in new tools, systems, and processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.

The base pay range for this position is:

$83,640 - $115,005

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
