Job Summary:
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing Pinnacle's business processes to drive operational efficiency, support strategic objectives, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and monitor performance metrics.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business operations and workflows to identify trends and areas for improvement; develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation; collaborate with various departments to optimize service delivery; monitor and report on performance metrics; assist with audits and quality assurance initiatives; support training and onboarding of new team members; resolve operational issues and provide recommendations; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
