The Role

We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Business Operations Analyst to help our customers unlock the full value of the Verse platform. The ideal candidate has a consulting background and thrives at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, and data-driven insights. You'll be the voice of the customer internally and a trusted advisor externally, ensuring our users succeed, stay engaged, and help shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Success
  • Support customer onboarding and day-to-day engagement activities to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Lead pilots with potential customers in close collaboration with the Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams
  • Assist in gathering and organizing user feedback on goals, workflows, and product pain points, and collaborate with Product by documenting recurring customer needs for the product roadmap
  • Help prepare and execute data analyses under the guidance of senior team members or the Data Science team.
Commercial Strategy Support
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to share customer insights, success stories, and use cases.
  • Support strategic go-to-market initiatives such as account prioritization, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
  • Occasionally assist in high-impact sales efforts by providing context on customer needs and industry trends.
Business Operations & General Support
  • Work on improving internal processes related to customer delivery and general business operations
  • support the leadership team on preparation for key internal meetings, such as company all-hands
  • Work with the CEO on board deck support, as well as presentations and models for investors
  • Support product strategy through scoping and market estimates

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 2+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or in a similarly rigorous, analytical, and stakeholder-facing role with a strong track record of problem solving and cross-functional collaboration
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in renewable energy space, especially with solar, wind, and battery assets
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong customer relationships, listen and empathize, and translate feedback into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage technical and non-technical audiences with equal fluency
  • Collaborative and proactive, excited to work across functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, data science, sales, marketing teams
  • Experience working in renewable energy space

Base Pay Range

$110,000 - $140,000

This is the estimated base salary range for this position, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
