Job Description:
Operations Analyst Intern
The Operations Intern is responsible for researching, resolving, responding, and reporting claims of error while maintaining a high level of productivity. They make independent decisions for appropriate action to be taken within regulatory and procedural guidelines. They will maintain accurate and properly documented files while ensuring that required time frames are met. May work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Essential Job Functions
  • Various data entry duties.
  • Establishing accounts for new users and maintaining updated permissions/skills.
  • Collaborate with all the Operations departments to troubleshoot and resolve login problems.
  • Address, troubleshoot and resolve issues with inContact.
  • Actively support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Assists with reporting and data analytics.

Preferred Experience
  • Skilled investigator and problem solver who thinks outside the box.
  • Possess a deep understanding of contact center operations.
  • Exhibits superior knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to their assigned area.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Capable of independently identifying and resolving complex problems.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Jira.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Can make solid decisions.
  • Previous experience with data entry.
