Job description

We are seeking a strategic Senior Business Operations Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data and operational execution. In this role, you will analyze business workflows, manage financial data, and drive process improvements across the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at identifying inefficiencies, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
If you are a self-starter with a passion for process optimization and a talent for translating technical data into actionable business strategies, this is an excellent opportunity to impact operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Analysis: Evaluate current business operations and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect, validate, and analyze financial and performance data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) to support decision-making and produce high-level reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, cost-benefit analyses, and variance investigations to ensure alignment with fiscal goals.
  • Project Leadership: Lead implementation activities for new initiatives and process changes, including the development of project documentation, requirements gathering, and testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain departments to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all operational activities adhere to internal controls and policies, providing necessary documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related analytical field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheet software (Excel).
    • Experience working with enterprise reporting systems (such as SAP).
    • Strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into executive-level summaries and briefing materials.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to identify business requirements, assess costs versus benefits, and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
