As a Business Analyst - IT, you'll serve as the primary IT partner for our Food Safety Quality Assurance, R&D, and Commercialization teams, helping drive projects, optimize systems, and deliver solutions that support some of the most critical functions in our business.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the IT lead and trusted business partner for Quality Assurance, R&D, and Commercialization teams.
  • Lead business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and align expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate project activities, milestones, action items, and status updates to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support the integration and optimization of enterprise applications, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
  • Develop functional specifications, user documentation, testing plans, and training materials.
  • Analyze business data and create reports, dashboards, and metrics that support informed decision-making.
  • Drive change management efforts that encourage user adoption and long-term success.

In your first few months, you'll build strong relationships with the IT team and business stakeholders, develop an understanding of key systems and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and begin managing a portfolio of projects that support Quality and Technical Services. Success in this role comes from being proactive, building trust, solving problems, and delivering results that create value for the business.
Qualifications & Competencies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Food Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related software platforms.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with other business applications.
  • Experience training and supporting business users on software solutions and functionality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SafetyChain or similar Quality Management Systems.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management tools.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects.
