Job Description Senior Business Analyst - RPA We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and program leadership to support automation initiatives across the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering sessions, process discovery workshops, and stakeholder discussions Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes Translate business requirements into clear functional and process documentation for development teams Support automation opportunity identification, intake, and prioritization activities Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, status meetings, and working sessions Create, validate, and execute test scripts and support UAT coordination and support activities Partner with developers, QA, and business teams through development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care phases Track risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery milestones Support operational and executive reporting with clear communication and status updates Required Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of Business Analyst experience Experience supporting RPA initiatives Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and delivery methodologies Experience writing and executing test scripts and supporting validation activities Experience facilitating stand-ups and coordinating across cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience creating process flows, business requirements, user stories, and functional documentation Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tracking tools Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, databases, exception handling, and system dependencies Additional Information: Candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2-3 days onsite per week) Preference for candidates with immediate availability.
