Should be seasoned RPA Business Analysts who have delivered around 10 PDDs, should be well versed with all phases of RPA Business Life Cycle

Process analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points.

Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project.

Solution design: Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD).

Implementation oversight: Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the successful implementation of bots and solutions.

Documentation and validation: Create process documentation and validate that the automation outcomes meet business goals.

Change management: Help facilitate the transition to automated processes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Required skills and qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to quickly identify and address issues.
