Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
Open to 100% remote but prefer candidates local to Pittsburgh who can work onsite 2-3 days a week.

Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the CMS ONC Interoperability project. This role involves managing and supporting all ELT jobs, the SmileCDR tool, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of FHIR HL7 standards and mapping. The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• ELT Job Support: Manage and support all Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) jobs to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• SmileCDR Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SmileCDR tool, ensuring it meets project requirements.
• FHIR HL7 Standards: Ensure a thorough understanding of FHIR HL7 standards and mapping to support interoperability.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide solutions.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Accurately map and transform data to meet FHIR HL7 standards.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of data pipelines and processes.
• Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation for all processes and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in business analysis, data management, or interoperability standards.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CMS ONC Interoperability requirements and healthcare data standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data management and interoperability.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ELT processes, FHIR HL7 standards, and data mapping.
