Job description

GovSG is seeking a RPA Developer to perform Robotic Process Automation developed tasks in support of the Navy's Tier 3 ERP Program Office.
This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C..
Position Duties:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based RPA solutions for client business processes.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess automation opportunities and document requirements.
  • Create process design documents, solution design documents, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Build reusable automation components and support scalable automation architecture.
  • Integrate UiPath automations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
  • Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
  • Monitor bot performance and support issue triage, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to automation strategy, pipeline prioritization, and governance discussions with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, QA, and project managers.
  • Support proposal development, client demos, and internal practice development where needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Required
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UiPath development and robotic process automation delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
  • Experience with process automation, exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring.
  • Familiarity with one or more programming/scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or SQL.
  • Experience working with APIs, Excel automation, PDF/data extraction, and enterprise application workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel based on client and project needs
Position Desired
  • UiPath certification (such as UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer).
  • Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Automation Hub, or Test Suite.
  • Exposure to process assessment, automation operating models, or intelligent automation strategy.
  • Experience in consulting, shared services, finance operations, HR, supply chain, or customer operations.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methods and SDLC practices.
  • Experience with other automation tools or adjacent technologies is a plus.
Salary: $112,000- $125,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
