Job Title: SFDC Business Analyst - B2B Commerce
Location: San Diego, CA (Remote with some travel to client location)

Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences or Healthcare/Life Sciences (HLS) to serve as the bridge between commercial, R&D, and operations teams and the technical delivery team. You will elicit, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting B2B Commerce integration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and B2B Commerce
  • Analyze gaps between legacy business processes and the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Serve as liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and development teams
  • Support UAT planning, test case creation, and end-user training
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in Life Sciences or HLS
  • Hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and B2B Commerce
  • Understanding of reagent/antibody commercial workflows or diagnostic product processes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate scientific and commercial needs into technical requirements
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations in a Life Sciences regulatory environment
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain or R&D workflows
Location & Work Model
Remote with periodic travel to client site in San Diego, CA.
