Job Summary
Supports Business to Business B2B Marketing activities that implement specific marketing automation, design, and digital marketing to enable the Walgreens Growth team. Work is received in short term assignments that require some application of independent judgment. Operates within the context of defined to well defined procedures.
Job Responsibility:
  • Support B2B marketing automation program for the enterprise to drive success in marketing goals for lead generation and client engagement
  • Responsible for supporting business unit users of Pardot, including building programs, developing lead scoring routing, evaluating data flows and creating templates that are used across the organization
  • Complete Pardot requests in collaboration with the B2B marketing team and external agencies
  • Support complex QA requests for all business unit and corporate marketing users to ensure compliance with brand standards, best practices and error free communications
  • Support HTML build on landing pages and templates and emails
  • Develop and maintain training and support documentation
  • Apply a collaborative approach in executing solutions for business use cases and requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately
  • Supports B2B web and social content calendars including submitting tickets for workflow changes
  • Supports integration with Salesforce including supporting marketing influence reporting (dashboard building Ability to do small design tasks (e.g. create email banners, LinkedIn images)
  • Collaborates cross functionally to accomplish activities. Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi complex information related to assigned activities.
  • Gathers and updates necessary information and communicates to appropriate parties.

External Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree OR High school / GED and at least 3 years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce, Strategy, Healthcare, Analytics, Finance, and/or Operations.
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Willing to travel up to/at least (10 Percent) of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience with Pardot (or similar marketing automation software) and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Experience with design (Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign as well as basic HTML)
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing
