  • Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and requirements, translating these into clear, value-driven outputs.
  • Lead and facilitate requirements discovery sessions and workshops, critically assessing information and constructively challenging assumptions.
  • Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to shape and validate solutions that balance client needs, regulatory obligations, and strategic product objectives.
  • Play a lead role in translating requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient Agile delivery.
  • Provide clarity and direction during Agile ceremonies, supporting delivery teams through development, testing, and client validation.
  • Demonstrate lateral leadership within cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful outcomes.

  • Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of KPIs and success metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Where required, act as a proxy Product Owner, supporting backlog prioritisation, refinement, and value-driven delivery.
  • Promote high-quality Business Analysis practices within assigned teams, ensuring alignment with established standards and ways of working.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and contributing to enhancements led by the Head of Business Analysis.
  • Coach and support other Business Analysts, contributing to the growth and maturity of the Business Analysis capability.

Required Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and provide informed recommendations.
