Job description

QSE7 is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Power Platform familiarity (Power BI technical experience required) to support a global pharmaceutical client at their Raritan, NJ facility. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days onsite each week and focuses on meeting with business stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating those into practical, data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities

As a QSE7 Business Analyst, you will:

  • Lead requirements‐gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Document business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes
  • Create clear functional specifications and process maps
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption
  • Develop end‐to‐end business processes, including building Power Apps front‐end components, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of hands‐on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI (required), Power Apps (strongly preferred), and Power Automate (strongly preferred)
  • Experience laying out as‐is and to‐be process maps
  • Experience with solution architecture and full lifecycle implementation
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., life sciences)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and process automation
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills (client‐facing role)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
  • Strong problem‐solving mindset with attention to detail

Recommended Qualifications / Experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher
  • Experience with MS Visio

Location Requirement

  • Must be based in the United States in the NJ/PA area within commuting distance of Raritan, NJ
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to commute to Raritan, NJ 2–3 days per week
