Job Description:
Seeking an experienced SFCC Business Analyst to support e-commerce initiatives through business analysis, requirements gathering, customer journey optimization, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, business analysis, functional documentation, user story development, and e-commerce process optimization. This role requires leading client-facing requirement sessions, translating business needs into functional specifications, analyzing customer journeys and conversion drivers, validating system configurations, supporting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SFCC solutions aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and technical requirements for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
  • Analyze e-commerce customer journeys, website performance, user behavior, and conversion drivers to identify optimization opportunities
  • Evaluate merchandising, checkout, personalization, search, promotions, and catalog capabilities to improve business outcomes and user experience
  • Partner with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to validate requirements and solution alignment
