Job description

CBAP Certified Business AnalystIntroduction:

As a CBAP Certified Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs, converting them into functional and non-functional requirements, and creating and maintaining software development artifacts. You will play a key role in facilitating requirement workshops, managing requirements throughout the lifecycle, creating test plans, and working on User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques
  • Converting business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for development
  • Creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements
  • Facilitating requirement workshops such as Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
  • Managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle
  • Creating test plans and test cases and working on User Acceptance Testing
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
  • 84 months experience in eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs
  • 84 months experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts
  • 72 months experience in managing requirements throughout the lifecycle
  • 60 months experience in creating test plans and test cases
  • Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, information science, criminal justice, health science, computer science, mathematics, or public/business administration
