The pay for this position ranges from $127500 - $145000.
Location: Hybrid from Danbury or Torrington, CT (3 days on site, 2 remote)
Overview
We are seeking an energetic technology specialist to join the FCE IT Team and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment. The Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst will help support and maintain the system, and lead projects that include the design and implementation of configuration changes in D365 F&O.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to develop a D365 continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives that deliver new functionality in support of the continuous improvement roadmap and/or emerging business needs.
  • Design/configure, coordinate update/integration D365 F&O module parameters, posting profiles, dimensions, workflows, security, etc. as needed to enable new or improved functionality.
  • Help coordinate D365 system updates and/or changes to peripheral systems that are systemically integrated with D365.
  • Provide D365 support/root cause and implement lasting solutions.
  • Partner with external resources, improving quality and throughput over time.
  • Maintain system and functional documentation to facilitate future support and development efforts.
  • Adhere to IT General Controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements, support audit activities by gathering control-related information as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O, or AX2012 with D365 F&O, in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications of prescribed changes
  • Demonstrable understanding of business processes i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Projects as they relate to D365
  • Understanding of SOX and internal control environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, documentation & presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently, manage time, and deliver on commitments

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid work location: Danbury or Torrington, CT (3 days on site, 2 remote)
  • Periodic travel to company offices and manufacturing facilities. (1 to 4 trips per year - approximately 5% travel)
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing or plant settings during site visits.
  • Comply with all applicable Employee Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
