Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Current-Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with a focus on CRM, Supply Chain and F&O Modules (and sub-modules)
  • Experience extracting D365-SQL Data for Data Reporting (Power BI/PowerApps), Experience with Metrics, ROI, Project Timeline, Project Variable reporting is preferred.
  • Strong Business Analysis Skills: Requirements Gathering, Data Flow Diagramming, UAT [user acceptance testing]; project coordination, user applications training/support, liaison between technical teams and user teams (experience working as the voice of the user to technical-coding teams)
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Strong Oral communication skills

Pluses:

  • Formal or Informal MS365/MS-ERP/MS-CRM Training and/or certifications
  • A BS Degree
  • Experience working in a similar D365 Business Analyst role for a Manufacturing or Supply-Chain-Distribution type company.
