Client Benefits Analyst | Direct Hire โ€“ Hybrid | Client-Facing Analytics Role - Insurance Industry | Omaha, NE | $75,000โ€“$94,000
A stable and highly respected organization is seeking a Benefits Services Analyst to support client & internal employee benefits, administration, reporting analytics, renewals, and relationship support. This is a highly visible role for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, presenting those findings, and providing top notch problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Track, analyze, and prepare benefit and financial-related reports
โ€ข Support benefit renewals, proposals, and pricing analysis
โ€ข Assist with client presentations and reporting deliverables
โ€ข Review and validate benefit plan comparisons and documentation
โ€ข Support cross-selling initiatives and member/client communication
โ€ข Partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve benefit issues
โ€ข Assist with commission tracking, reporting, and operational analytics

Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree required
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of business, finance, benefits, or analytical experience
โ€ข Strong Excel, reporting, and presentation skills
โ€ข Experience working & interpreting data analytics and client communication
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities at once within a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Benefits &/or insurance plan service experience preferred
