Job description

Private Equity Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Private Equity Analyst to work directly inside a private family office investment platform with portfolio companies across technology, AI, deep tech, and alternative assets. You will be embedded in live transactions, real diligence processes, and active portfolio management from day one, working closely with senior investment professionals and operating partners across the full deal lifecycle.

The right candidate works independently, and takes ownership without being managed.

What You'll Do

  • Build financial models and valuation analyses across transaction types: structured notes, convertible instruments, warrant-linked equity, and control acquisitions
  • Support end-to-end diligence — commercial, financial, and operational — on active investment opportunities across AI, deep tech, decentralized infrastructure, and operating businesses
  • Prepare investment committee materials, deal memos, and analytical summaries for principal decision-making
  • Monitor portfolio company performance across entities; maintain models tracking KPIs, burn rates, cash flow, and capital requirements
  • Manage fund-level and investment-level performance reporting across a multi-entity structure
  • Support board-level reporting, investor updates, and strategic reviews
  • Assist with ad hoc analytical and strategic projects across the broader platform

Who You Are

  • Analytically rigorous — can build the model and explain what it means
  • Self-directed; operate independently in a fast-moving environment without requiring defined process
  • Discreet and professional, comfortable engaging directly with senior principals and external stakeholders
  • Intellectually curious about the sectors we invest in, not just the mechanics of deals
  • Proven track record, ego-free, grounded approach
  • Strong written communicator who can turn complex analysis into clear, decision-ready materials

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or transaction advisory
  • Demonstrated financial modeling skills across transaction types, operating models, and scenario analysis
  • Experience supporting M&A, principal investing, or structured credit transactions through execution
  • High proficiency in Excel; comfort with multi-entity financial structures
  • Familiarity with alternative deal structures (convertible notes, warrants, revenue-sharing) is a plus
  • Exposure to technology-enabled businesses, AI platforms, or infrastructure-oriented models is a plus

Why This Role Is Different

This role offers direct access to real private equity execution inside a family office — deal work, portfolio operations, and strategic initiatives that would be split across multiple roles at a larger firm. You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure across the company portfolio, and build experience across multiple investment structures in a single seat.

Company Description

All World Management operates a family office platform that owns and operates multiple businesses across a range of industries. We take a long-term, hands-on approach to investing and operations, working closely with our portfolio companies to drive real value.
Team members gain direct exposure to leadership, meaningful responsibility early on, and the opportunity to learn how businesses are built, operated, and scaled from the inside. We are a close-knit, collaborative team that values trust, initiative, and accountability. We invest in people who want to grow with us over the long term.
