Requirement:
Position Overview
The Business Analyst IV will join the Alliances Initiatives team to serve as the main business analyst and subject matter expert driving high-priority Alliance projects.
The core mission of this role is to understand customer experiences (both internal and external), evaluate real-time data, and translate these insights into structured business and technical requirements.
The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader for technical business processes, identifying substandard systems processes and developing forward-thinking systems prototypes to promote organizational efficiency.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
Write comprehensive business and technical requirements, and formally initiate, author, and update internal and external documentation.
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness, troubleshoot system problems, and maintain systems processes.
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of real-life scenarios to document current states, process gaps, and system efficiencies.
Partner with stakeholder teams across multiple business units (such as sales, finance, security, and compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively.
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, ensuring transparent communication and delivering monthly status reports to appropriate parties.
Present project goals, activities, and status updates directly to leadership, developing lasting partner relationships for optimized systems integration.
