SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
MAIN TASK IS TO GUIDE DISPARATE DEPARTMENTS TO DEFINE AND DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR MULTIPLE ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. WILL CONTRIBUTE TO EXPERTISE OF A GROWING PMO TO ENSURE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION IS HIGH QUALITY. WILL FACILITATE IMPLEMENTATION PER CONTRACT AND MANAGEMENT GUIDANCE.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
GATHER REQUIREMENTS FROM CORPORATE EXECUTIVES AND MIDDLE MANAGERS ABOUT NEEDS AND FUTURE GROWTH
PARTNER WITH APPLICATION DIRECTORS AND CREATORS TO ENSURE EACH PROJECT MEETS A SPECIFIC NEED AND RESOLVES SUCCESSFULLY
ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROJECT TASKS AND ENSURE THEY ARE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION
RECOMMEND NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENHANCING OUR SOFTWARE, HARDWARE AND IT PROCESSES
EVALUATE AND DRAW CONCLUSIONS FROM DATA RELATED TO CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR
