Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of software development and AI-focused initiatives. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, requirements are documented, and delivery efforts remain aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines project coordination, business analysis, and Agile delivery experience with the ability to work closely alongside developers in a fast-paced environment. This individual will help manage project backlogs, organize development priorities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and provide visibility into project progress.
Current initiatives include AI-enabled applications, internally developed solutions, and emerging "vibe coding" projects utilizing modern AI-assisted development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Coordination
  • Manage project activities across multiple concurrent software development initiatives.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and project milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Provide project reporting, status updates, and risk tracking.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements and user stories.
  • Maintain project backlogs and prioritize work with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into actionable development requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and delivered solutions.
Agile & Scrum Facilitation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with developers to remove blockers and maintain project momentum.
  • Support Scrum-based delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor sprint progress and communicate priorities across teams.
AI & Development Initiatives
  • Coordinate AI-focused projects and emerging technology initiatives.
  • Assist with prioritization and organization of AI-assisted development efforts.
  • Support proof-of-concept projects, chatbot initiatives, and internally developed applications.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Project Management, Business Analysis, or Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience working directly with software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and managing backlogs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum Master experience or certification.
  • Technical background supporting software development projects.
  • AI, chatbot, or emerging technology project experience.
