Job Description Summary:
KISS Products is seeking an International Business Operations Specialist to support business operations across Europe and the Middle East. This role works closely with the international business lead to coordinate retailer and distributor operations, support financial analysis and pricing decisions, and improve operational efficiency across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
International Business Operations
• Support day-to-day operations of direct business with chain retailers in Germany and the UK, and distributor business across EU countries and the Middle East.
• Coordinate with international partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, logistics coordination, and operational execution.
• Monitor sales performance and operational metrics across markets and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in preparing product pricing structures by analyzing costs, margins, retailer requirements, and market conditions.
• Manage sales forecasts and coordinate with the logistics team to support demand planning and ensure product availability across international markets.
Business Analytics & Market Analysis
• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Maintain and update sales analysis tools and simulation models used to evaluate pricing, sales performance, and profitability.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Retailer, Distributor, & Partners Coordination
• Coordinate documentation, communication, and implementation of sales contracts and commercial agreements with retailers, distributors, agencies, and international partners.
• Support preparation for international trade shows, conferences, and meetings with clients, suppliers, and distributors.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with key retailers and international business partners.
Financial Planning & Analysis
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and tracking monthly expenses related to international operations, including warehouse operations in the Czech Republic.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams across multiple countries and time zones, prepare financial reports and Power BI dashboards, and conduct financial analysis to support financial control and improve profitability.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, international business, retail operations, or business analytics.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or beauty industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with international distributors or retailers.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and pricing structures.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of EU markets or international logistics is a plus.
