We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from your own space while contributing to a global leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business objectives and our technology solutions. You will analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex requirements into actionable insights and functional specifications for our technical teams. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and innovation within our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, business cases, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
