Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst 3 to work with business stakeholders and software development teams throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
  • Create user stories, use cases, requirements documents, wireframes, and mockups.
  • Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with customers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage requirements and changes using Jira and Modern Requirements.
  • Support SDLC activities and ensure requirements are properly implemented.
  • Mentor team members on BA best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 8+ years of requirements elicitation, SDLC, process improvement, user stories, and use cases.
  • Experience creating wireframes/mockups.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organizational skills.
  • 4+ years of Jira experience.
  • 2+ years of Modern Requirements experience.
  • Education-sector/TEA experience is preferred.
  • Complaint/case management workflow experience is a plus.
