Client POSITION Regeneron Pharmaceuticals HR Business Analyst LOCATION Someone who can commute to Tarrytown, NY Hybrid 3 days onsite DURATION 6-12 mo+ INTERVIEW TYPE Video VISA RESTRICTIONS None REQUIRED SKILLS Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across HR functions. • Leverage Workday and HR ServiceNow to support enhancements, reporting, and troubleshooting of HR systems. • Design and document end-to-end HR business processes using MS Visio, identifying areas for automation and efficiency. • Analyze and manipulate complex datasets in Excel using pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VBA macros to support HR reporting and metrics. • Create compelling executive presentations and reports in PowerPoint to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates. • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business teams on implementation and integration projects. • Assist in testing system enhancements, configuration changes, and updates to HR platforms. • Serve as an HR systems liaison during audits, data integrity reviews, and compliance projects.
