Position Title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst
Location: Montgomery, AL (On-Site)

Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team onsite in Montgomery, Alabama. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, develop insightful reports, and create impactful visualizations to support organizational decision-making. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will translate data into strategic insights, contribute to financial and operational planning, and facilitate data integration from various systems. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
  • Produce annual report exhibits and dynamic data visualizations, maintaining data books, statistical reports, projections, and forecast analyses across multiple databases.
  • Prepare and analyze cost reports for healthcare providers, generating comparative assessments of profitability and financial health.
  • Develop and refine short-term and long-term forecasting models, factoring in key variables influencing outcomes.
  • Facilitate data integration from financial, claims, eligibility, and third-party systems into both ad hoc and standardized agency reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports to support SharePoint-based reporting requests.

Top Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience producing annual report exhibits and data visualizations using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to develop forecasting models and perform comprehensive data analysis.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and data modeling skills with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
