Job description

Lead the BA team for M&A Integration, assign tasks, manage timelines, deliverables, escalations
• Work with business unit teams to understand and gather requirements for new requests and projects
• Perform data analysis and source to target data mapping for retail banking products
• Work with developers and testers to create Level of Estimate (LOE) for new business requests
• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with the end users/business and technical teams
• Perform QA, certification, and co-ordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business partners
• Analyze current state processes, create process documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist with interviews, hiring, onboarding
Functional and domain knowledge of Retail Banking Products (Loans, Cards, Deposits, Payments)
• Experience in writing SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Excellent process management and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies (scrum or kanban) and tools
